Our Team


Christian is Managing Partner at ICP Group since 2005. Christian leads ICP's US Real Estate portfolio and lower middle-market private equity investments. Christian is a member of the Investment Committee and Board member of most of ICP's portfolio companies.
During his tenure, ICP Group has invested in different real estate asset classes such as multifamily, industrial, commercial, and retail, among others, and in several direct and fund investments in sectors such as food and beverage, energy, logistics, transportation, consumer, retail, and telecommunications. Christian has experience in investment banking, management consulting, public policy and venture capital. Prior to joining ICP Group, Christian was Director for the Mexican Department of Energy. He also worked at the investment bank ProtegoEvercore, British venture capital, WorldCap, and management consulting firm Mckinsey & Co. Christian holds an MBA from Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and graduated from ITAM University in Mexico with a BA in Economics specialized in Finance.


Tomás Díaz Mathé is Partner at ICP Group. He leads the private equity investment efforts and is a member of the Investment Committee.
Tomas joined ICP Group in 2019 and has over 20 years of experience in private equity and growth investing, and active value creation and performance transformation. Prior to ICP Group, Tomás was Partner at Northgate Capital, head of their London office and member of the Global Investment Committee. At Northgate, Tomás was responsible for the firm’s investment strategy as well as investment sourcing, execution, and portfolio value creation efforts. Furthermore, Tomás was responsible for the opening of the Mexico office.
Prior to Northgate Capital, Tomás worked as a senior consultant at McKinsey & Co. where he developed and implemented corporate transformation and operational improvement programs. Before, he was an investment professional focusing on venture, growth and private equity direct investments at GE Capital and The Exxel Group. Tomás holds an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School and graduated from ITBA in Argentina with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering.


Daryl is the Controller and Chief Compliance Officer of ICP Group. He joined the firm in 2024 and his responsibilities include managing all financial operations and administration of ICP Group.
He handles a number of tasks, including oversight of fundadministration, compliance with SEC regulations, tax, investor relations, and assists in the development of strategic plans for the firm. Daryl has almost 20 years of experience in Alternative Asset administration and operations.His experience spans multiple asset classes and investment products, including fund of funds, co-investments, and Special Situations funds. In his prior role, he was with Trinity Investors, a registered investment advisor. While there, he acted as the Accounting Manager for multiple SPVs and the Management Company and Trinity broker-dealer.Prior to Trinity Investors, Daryl worked at Sixth Street where he focused on their Sixth Street TAO and growth debt platforms. Daryl has also worked at TPG, where he worked on the Newbridge and TPG Asia platform.
Daryl holds an BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University – Neely School of Business.


Alejandro is an Associate at ICP Group. He joined the firm in 2021, and his responsibilities include conducting research, evaluating and preparing materials for private equity investment opportunities, and monitoring portfolio investments.
Prior to his role as Analyst, Alejandro was an Investment Banking Analyst at Seale & Associates, an Investment Banking Boutique headquartered in Washington, D.C.
Alejandro holds a B.A. in Economics and Finance with honors from ITESM in Mexico.


Esteban is an Analyst at ICP Group. He joined the firm in 2025, and his responsibilities include conducting industry research, performing valuation analyses and financial models, evaluating and preparing materials for private equity investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio investments, and identifying new investment opportunities.
Prior to his role in ICP, Esteban was an analyst at Serficor IMAP, a leading investment banking firm in Mexico, where he advised family-owned and multinational companies in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across various sectors, including chemical distribution, food and snack distribution, logistics and transportation, construction materials, auto parts distribution and installation, entertainment and urban lighting, among others.
Esteban holds a B.A. in Economics with a specialization in Stock Market Finance from Anahuac University in Mexico.


Liliana Romero leads ICP’s cross-functional interfaces between investors, operations, and deal execution. She joined the firm in 2016. With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Liliana has enhanced investor communications and streamlined project-office activities across ICP’s Private Equity and Real Estate projects in the USA, Mexico, and Europe.
Before joining ICP Group, Liliana worked at Fidelity Investments, and she has lived and worked in Mexico and Canada.
Liliana holds a B.A. in International Business from Universidad Franco Mexicana in Mexico City.
